As I've totally and completely abandoned my deviantART site, fellow deviant and long-time friend ~torturebyartist, inspired me to update my page. The only problem is I don't feel like an artist. Partially, because I'm not really one. I've studied graphic design over the last four years at school, and my work is very... technical. To say the least. It's not very expressive. I've done a few expressive pieces, but mainly I learn things that are applicable to a designer in the real world. I wonder why I even keep this page up to date anymore. No one looks at it, I don't post anything. I have very literal creative outlet as my career acts as my creative thinking outlet most of the time. I love what I do, but it's exhausting, and I have no time to do anything else. I'm interning at the Penn Museum in Philly and it's a really great opportunity for me. Anyway, I tried to write a poem last night about something, but...I feel like this song expresses what I've been trying to say a little more successfully. I haven't updated this page in MONTHS. Where the hell have I been? I just was doing lots of work this semester. I had a great semester, my best one so far UArts. First Junior Year critique went EXCELLENT. Professors loved my stuff, with the few minor comments about stuff I could work on, but everyone gets that. Dick and Debra loved my flipbook project, my perception posters came out really nice full sized, and my editorial for Type Systems didn't come out too bad either, although it was my least favorite project this semester. I feel strange posting that work on DA though, which is why nothing has been posted since July or whatever. My work
